with Government recognized testing facilities for testing
of all trades of construction. We also have good relations with
Embassies and Airlines to make all the necessary arrangements for
deployment of the staff at your location.
Our
headhunting team travels around India to look for the best
available personnel. Selection is made based on the applicant’s
academic records, work related experience and evaluation by superiors
and peers. The applicant must have passed their respective government
professional exams and must have the necessary certifications. In
non-professional areas, the applicant is extensively tested and

Overseas
Manpower Services
The following
services are performed to pave the way for a smooth recruitment
process to take place.
· Conduct
Manpower Search and On Site Recruitment with the aid
of media advertisement, job fairs, etc.
· Preselect candidates for short-listing.
· Administer tests (if required), conduct personal interviews
for
individual assessment.
· Evaluate and verify credentials such as employment certifications,
transcripts,etc.
· Brief candidate for interviews with employer and/or its
representative.
· Facilitate visa issuance from host country through employer
for
selected candidates.
· Arrange medical test,s to determine health and fitness
level of
candidate.
· Provide Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar and assistance.
· Coordinate with the airlines for ticketing of selected
workers.
· Airport immigration check and clearance assistance.
Phase
1
Our goal is
to be able to provide you the best staff. Our staff sits down
with you to discuss your requirements, the required qualifications,
and other important issues, which may be deemed integral to the
hiring of an applicant even before any recruitment takes place.
Once the employer/principal has shared their requirements with
us, we come back with a sound recruitment strategy.
The next phase
includes implementation of the said plan, with or without the
employer’s principal’s active presence locally. It
is during this time that we actively recruit the applicants, screen
resumes, do background checks and engage in the interview process.
Applicants are first screened, interviewed, and tested for, technical
competency, psychological well-being, and physical fitness. The
company’s strict standard applied to ensure that the people
we recommend are the best qualified.
Phase
2
Prepare short
listed candidates for interview and testing by employer or its
representatives prior to final selection.
Phase
3
Applicants
who meet the requirements are then forwarded to the employer/principal
for final selection.
Phase
4
Arrange selected
applicants to undergo medical and laboratory tests required by
host country. A comprehensive medical test is carried out for
all our candidates selected and proceeding for overseas employment
Secure all documentary formalities required by Ministry of Labour,
India and arrange airline bookings to ensure worry-fee departure
of selected workers.
Even though
the Embassy appoints their own doctor, it is our policy to do
the medicals once again through our own doctor prior to the departure
of the candidate. All tests are carried under one roof in a professional
manner. On completion of all the tests, the candidates are then
given a certificate stating medically fit/unfit.
